Melissa joined South Yorkshire Money in October 2022 as part of our apprenticeship scheme, and from day one, she has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to both her role and her studies. Not only has she excelled in her coursework, achieving the highest possible grade, but she has also quickly become an integral part of the team.

As a now qualified Case Manager, Melissa plays a crucial role in supporting the business and ensuring smooth operations. Whether it’s updating clients, liaising with solicitors, or managing both new and existing relationships, she handles each task with professionalism and efficiency. Her dedication and attention to detail make her a vital asset to the team, and simply put, we couldn’t do our work without her.
